Which plan should I choose?
NZ Muscle offers 100% custom meal plans and 100% custom workout plans – or both! For maximum results we recommend joining both. Once you have joined the plans we have available are;
- female - build lean muscle
- female – lose fat & tone up
- male – cut down & lose body fat
- male – bulk up & gain muscle
How does the meal plan work?
The meal plans are setup on a calorie surplus / deficit basis, depending on the goals you have set from the start. All meals are 100% customised based on many factors like your body weight, level of exercise, and fitness goals.
Can I change my goal set in my plan?
Yes, if in error you select the incorrect goal please just get in contact with us to make this adjustment. Or after being on the NZ Muscle plan for a while your goals may change – you can change this accordingly also.
I don’t like certain foods, can I exclude them?
Yes once you have joined, at the start of the process you will be able to select / exclude certain foods to your preference and needs.
Can I change a meal in my plan?
Yes once your plan is created for you and you come to a meal you aren’t in the mood for, hit the refresh button and an alternative meal will be generated for you (while still maintaining your daily macros)
How do I activate my meal or workout plan?
After completing the initial setup of your plan, you will receive your custom plan approximately 1 hour after doing this. We recommend downloading the NZ Muscle App to manage your meal and workout plan.
Are the payments recurring?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime. Payments recur in the frequency you have selected upon joining (Monthly, Quarterly or Annually)
